Methinks it is time for EBCDIC prod or threat

Yaroslav hasn't posted anything for over a month; time is running out. 
I think it would be good to at least query as to what they're up to, 
with a possible renewed threat of the deadline coming up.

I sent this earlier this week to the person in the U.S. who has offered 
a smoker platform, but no reply as of yet.  She may still be out on 
medical leave.
