disable long doubles in AIX, if they seem to be broken (infinity + one equaling nanq).  If Configure is being run interactively,  one can still enable the long doubles, though t/op/infnan.t will fail a lot.

Leaving the ticket open in case a real cure is found.  (The brokenness observed in AIX 6: maybe AIX 7 is better.)
