[perl #122086] version.pod (or version.pm?) is wrong

Yeah, the docs are wrong.  numify() is virtually identical to stringify() in this context, so it will emit the trailing zeros (to make up sets of 3).

However, version is upstream CPAN, so I'll take care of it there.  If someone could close this ticket, I'd appreciate it.
