Do you mean Porting/todo.pod -

personally cannot answer this question as I wasn't really aware of that TODO
list until now (heh!). Anyway, you can try building bleadperl from git on your
system, or "smoke-test" perl 5 there: https://metacpan.org/release/Test-Smoke
and https://github.com/abeltje/Test-Smoke .
You can also try to reproduce bugs (and see if their fixes help) on
http://rt.perl.org/ . Other people here may better enlighten you.
