Pull request for ANDK/CPAN-2.04-TRIAL.tar.gz

Yesterday I uploaded ANDK/CPAN-2.04-TRIAL.tar.gz, the result of Dagolden
and me joining forces in Lyon on the http://act.qa-hackathon.org/qa2014/

I ask for inclusion because specifically this release fixes two
important bugs (rt.cpan.org #91706 and #86915).
