There’s a bunch of test files in there, all of which test things that
used to live in lib/Pod/ but have since taken up residence in ext/ or
cpan/ instead. Nothing real is left in lib/Pod/ now, that t/ directory
is the only reason it still exists.
Is this one of those cases where things have to stay where they are for
reasons involving the build process, or is it simply the unfinished job
situation it appears to be?
