This is a bug report for perl from bulk88@hotmail.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.19.7.

See attached patch. I got a /ext/File-Find/t/taint.t failure. Not sure 
if it is related to this patch.

pp_bind lost 0xF in machine code bytes

pp_socket, no change in machine code bytes

pp_socketpair, lost 0xD in machine code bytes
