[rt.cpan.org #88936] gcc -g3: final link failed: Memory exhausted

Attached patch changes -g3 to -g for this 2.062 release.
It's only a cc problem, not ld.

I've checked older perl debugging releases with optimize containing -g3 and they failed with the same problem, so it's definitely only a problem with a MACRO with the update to 2.062.
