The Windows parts of this patch look fine to me. (Perhaps all the
#ifdef UNDER_CE in win32/win32iop.h would have better as a single
#ifdef UNCER_CE block, but I see that not every symbol being #defined
requires an #undef for WinCE (and a few have an #undef anyway) and
then that wouldn't have been so clear...)

Would anyone with knowledge of cross-compilation on other platforms
care to comment on the make_ext.pl part?
