$ perl -e 'use diagnostics; die "Your random numbers are not that random"'
Your random numbers are not that random at -e line 1 (#1)
    (F) When trying to initialise the random seed for hashes, Perl could
    not get any randomness out of your system.  This usually indicates
    Something Very Wrong.
    
    warnings, perllexwarn.
    
Uncaught exception from user code:
	Your random numbers are not that random at -e line 1.
 at -e line 1
 

That ‘warnings, perllexwarn’ is very odd.
