Hello,

Concerning Unicode-Collate and Unicode-Normalize,
the perl.git history shows some patches from p5p were
applied under 'first-come' status, since April 2009 ([1],[2]).
But those patches seem not so urgent.
For example some fixed compiler warnings.

Currently there would be no necessity of keeping the status
of 'first-come'.
