No one is asking you to agree.  I am pointing out that opening a
ticket about a difference of opinion that is already settled — whether
you liked the decision process or not — is not going to change things.

Your opinion is not going to change the decision process and your
opinion is not going to change the already decided outcome, therefore
your opinion is not a bug in Perl and the ticket tracker is the wrong
forum in which to express it.
