[perl #119415] report more variable names in warning and error messages

This is a bug report for perl from tony@develop-help.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.19.3.

Currently perl reports variable names for only a limited number of
warning and error messages.

It would be useful if they could be reported for more messages.

Some examples:

Can't call method "foo" on an undefined value

Use of reference "SCALAR(0x1e8dbf0)" as array index

Argument "a" isn't numeric in multiplication (*)

Briefly discussed in [perl #3330].
