This is a bug report for perl from ph10@quercite,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.18.0.

$ perl -e '/a{0}?/'
Quantifier follows nothing in regex; marked by <-- HERE in m/a{0}? <-- HERE /
at -e line 1.
I know this is a pathological case, but Perl used to accept it. It is
quite happy as long as the quantifier is not zero.
