Since the 9e4ab8 ' [Merge] Constants, inlined subs, TARGs, ...'
merge commit, the t/re/uniprops.t test has become extremely slow on
threaded builds. On my system:

    -O2 non-debugging builds: was a few secs; now  200 secs
    -g -DDEBUGGING builds:    was 18 secs;    now 1040 secs.

Unthreaded builds are unaffected.
