I'm inclined to agree with Jim here.

If a user tries something with a command-line tool they expect to work
and it doesn't, reaching for the documentation should be their first
impulse, not something we need to prompt them to do.

Also:

tony@mars:.../git/bse$ find -h
find: unknown predicate `-h'
