[perl #118567] [PATCH] Warnings for bad prototypes doesn't detect unmatched square brackets

Patch attached.  It may not apply cleanly unless my patch from
yesterday, https://rt.perl.org/rt3/Ticket/Display.html?id=118565, is
applied first though.

If the other patch needs to change, I'll rebase it.
