This is a bug report for perl from ether@cpan.org,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.19.1.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
[Please describe your issue here]

I wrote this module, in part, to look for unicode-related issues in the core
and toolchain:

https://metacpan.org/release/Acme-LookOfDisapproval
https://github.com/karenetheridge/Acme-LookOfDisapproval

>From the command line:

    $ cd ~/git/Acme-LookOfDisapproval
    $ perl -Ilib -mAcme::ಠ_ಠ -e1
    Wide character in print.
    Can't use '?????????????' after -mname.

There seem to be two issues here:
- stderr cannot print the error properly (does it need :binmode applied?)
- the -m option is not fully parsing the module name

thank you very much,
