This is a bug report for perl from gottreu@gmail.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.19.2.

I modified Dennis Kaarsemaker's patch which adds t/porting/readme.t 
slightly.

In addition to Ricardo's two assertions that should be tested:
a) every file in Porting/README exists in Porting
b) every file in Porting exists in Porting/README

I added c) files listed in Porting/README are in alphabetical order.

Attached are patches for readme.t and fixes to README.pod so that 
readme.t passes.
