So, we have a number of new and old experimental features, and a
number of features we'd like to deprecate. Leaving aside what those
numbers are, a suggestion:

Could we require an RT number for each feature that may change or be
removed in a future version? Any warning messages emitted by perl
could even specify a (an?) URL, so anyone who wants to complain can
immediately jump into an official thread.

It would also give some visibility in the ticket system for what our
plans are, allow subscribing to specific tickets to follow the debate
on a feature instead of all of p5p, and when we finally pull the
trigger and make it non-experimental / moved out to CPAN / etc,
there'll be another notice outside of CPAN.
