It's complicated because the release manager's guide (RMG) wants version bumps for stable at a different point in time than for dev releases and the Module::CoreList update is in between. It's also tricky because for a dev release, we need Module::CoreList shipped to CPAN with the dev release which the RMG says to nag BinGOs about and we can't bump the perl dev version in Module::CoreList until after that happens. That said, I think it's just a matter of saying "once Module::CoreList ships, update it *again* for blead". I'll put a note in the RMG to look at it during my release this month.
