This is a bug report for perl from ambrus@math.bme.hu,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.16.3.

Attaching a patch to mention the /p regex flag and the ${^PREMATCH}
variable in perl5100delta.pod, for they were new to that release.
Please apply to blead.

Even though perl 5.10.0 is old, it's worth to document this so that
developers can tell that this feature is old enough.
