Re: [perl #118275] perlexperiment doesn't list feature names/specialwarning IDs for disabling warnings

Further to this, I have noticed that the special warning IDs can be 
found in perldiag.  This is helpful and I've found the one I was looking 
for: experimental::lexical_topic  but I think that perlexperimental 
should either repeat the IDs or refer to perldiag.
