Looking forward to seeing that happen.

cpanm integrates local::lib already, and automatically sets up ~/perl5
when there's no write access to the site_perl and bin directory, and
emits an instruction how to set it up. The documentation could be
improved, and I'll be happy to work with you on that one to make it
consistent with the CPAN.pm equivalent.
