There might be many, but i'm sure those "web hosts" who want to make
sure their CGI support is decent have installed perl-CGI rpm, so the
customers don't notice - And that's exactly my point. They can upgrade
to perl 5.22 or whatever version of perl that doesn't ship with CGI,
but can always choose to install perl-CGI package with it.
