Hello

I've done CPAN smoke for Strawbbery 5.16.2 and 5.17.10, finished on 25
May. Here are the comparison of PASS and FAIL+DISCARD (DISCARD means
that module hanged or dependency failed tests):

pass on 5.17.10 (and fail on 5.16.2): 247
fail on 5.17.10 (and pass on 5.16.2): 1463

When several results were available for same version of perl, PASS had
priority over FAIL. Only distributions with newest non-test versions
were considered. These distribution started to hang on 5.17.10/Windows
and are not counted: Audio-1.029, Sys-Sendfile-0.11,
HTTP-Server-Simple-Recorder-0.03, Data-Object-0.004

These data are very approximative, smokes were not started on same
time (I started smoking 5.16.2 in December), due to randomness of hash
randomizations failures many modules did not fail or passed tests at
least once.
