Hi all,

README.macosx was last updated in 2006. Seems like yesterday, I know,
but we're talking perl 5.12.3 and OS X 10.5.6 "Leopard" - and both are
unsupported now :)

The attached patch puts that readme file back in 2013, with:

* updated perl version (from 5.12.3 to 5.18.0)
* new Xcode 4 bundles
* new SDK paths
* note regarding universal binaries being dropped by 10.6 "Snow Leopard"

On a somewhat related note, while I was trying to compile blead with
the 10.7 SDK, the provided instructions (unchanged, except for the new
SDK path) failed. I was able to do it with different cc/ld/ldd flags
but I'm not comfortable enough to change the original instructions
without making sure everything is in place. I'll file a new ticket for
that once I gather more information.

The simple, non-SDK build described worked out of the box, just as
notified on the document.

Thanks!

garu
