Current, the smoke-me/andyd/croak_memory_wrap branch failed on Win32 with 
this error message:

../cpan/ExtUtils-MakeMaker/t/Liblist.t ............................ ok
Could not change to liblist test dir 't/liblist/win32': No such file or directory at t/Liblist_Kid.t line 57.

Dubious, test returned 2 (wstat 512, 0x200)
All 1 subtests passed 

Does anyone recognize this failure or have any idea what that test is 
supposed to be doing or how I might have messed it up in this branch?

Oh -- and a big Thank You to George for the smoke-me service which did 
quickly uncover another bug that I've already fixed!
