I honestly apologize for that - it definitely wasn't on purpose, and had
nothing to do with lack of respect for your name. I of course don't have
any big respect for you, but that wouldn't cause me to mistype your name
on purpose.

You could accuse me of not being diligent enough, and that is true,
obviously I fucked it up, more than once, after almost vowing to do
better, and I really didn't plan this, and apologise, whether you believe
me or not.

I consider mistyping a name on purpose as childish, and would not do so,
and have never done so in my life.

Merijn, Merijn, Merijn. Indeed, hard to type for me, and I guess I'll have
to copy&paste as to not fuck up again.

Neither me then.

Same here then. I always try to reply in form.

Wholeheartedly accepted. You might be pleased to know that I did invest
an effort to remove most C99 features from JSON::XS in the last year, and
that it compiles even with MSVC6 now. It still won't compile with your
compiler(s), but at least it's much nearer now. Ok, since nothing changed
for you, you might not be pleased. Whatever.
