I'm imagining that we'd keep the pointer to the web but also offer to continue the perlbug process by emailing @rt.cpan.org instead of @rt.perl.org. The minimal upshot is collected system and perl information in CPAN bug reports. perlbug itself isn't going to let someone fill in a web form, so I don't see why enriching the email process is going to hurt. I suppose perlbug could do is open a browser to a preloaded web form somewhere.Thread Previous
