[perl #47960] 'free(): invalid pointer' error with Test::Simple and ClearCase::Argv

This looks like a duplicate of
https://rt.perl.org/rt3/Ticket/Display.html?id=51238 which has been
fixed by version 1.10 of CtCmd.
