request refresh of Perl-OSType in 5.18.0

If it isn't too late in the cycle, I'd be grateful if a simple change to
Perl-OSType that David Golden just applied for me got picked up for the
impending Perl 5.18.0.

 

It is a VOS-only change, and the new version of Perl-OSType is now
1.003.

 

FWIW, this change applies to older maintenance revs of Perl as well; it
is not specific to 5.18.
