[perl #116981] 'our sub' segfaults perl if the sub did not compile
Message ID:
rt-3.6.HEAD-31961-1362046214-1918.116981-14-0@perl.org
Patch attached to make our sub behave a little better in the case of
syntax errors.

If an entry is found in the pad, but that gv is NULL, simply pretend
that it wasn't found at all.

Tests added; they behave the same way whether the subs are declared as
"sub" or "our sub".

Review appreciated, since my modus operandi right now is mainly poke it
and see if I can make it break.

All tests successful.
