That's what I thought -- then I realised that you cannot ship -E scripts
that need it anyway. Unless you have control over all perls that are to
execute your -E scripts (in which case the argument is moot) you need to
verify that you have a perl of adequate version anyway. In my opinion,
you then exceed the realm of -E scripts.
