p5p perl should be called perl5 until the end, or p5p finally extends
the language to
the point which was envisioned.

Better perls can change the naming, like perl6, perl11, moe, p2, p5p6,
gperl or other
projects which are currently going on, since p5p is in continuous
stagnation and denial,
and is not able to improve the vm.

ruby, qore, perl6 or kurila also started this way, but then changed
their syntax too much.
p5, the language, is still flexible enough to be extended. p5p not.

Renaming to perl7 is ridiculous without any notable progress.
