This is a bug report for perl from bulk88@hotmail.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.17.9.

See tared attached patches. These patches dont fix extension building 
for WinCE, just building perl.exe and perl517.dll (the ce makefile will 
error out later when building extensions, but you will find those 2 
files for CE in your perl source folder).
