[perl #116579] perlfunc omits mention of EXISTS method for tied arrays

This is a bug report for perl from james_avera@yahoo.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.14.2.

Doc bug:

In the perlfunc entry for 'tie', 
"EXISTS" is not listed as valid for tied arrays (only for hashes).
