who is the perl5 security team?

A few times, people have asked, "who is on the perl5-security-report list
anyway?"  That information has never been published, and it's not entirely
clear to me why.  We've recently reorganized the list recently, and are trying
to streamline the way that security issues are evaluated, addressed, and
eventually published.

I wanted to get the current list membership published now, since it's possible,
although all the other changes I'd like to get sorted aren't yet sorted.

I will get this list published somewhere on the web soon.  For now, here you
