git untracked file: lib/File/DosGlob.pm

As of at least fc826e38a4eb6efa4cfc92de662b40a6d5333e5e, 'git status' in 
blead is showing:

# Untracked files:
#   (use "git add <file>..." to include in what will be committed)
#
#       lib/File/DosGlob.pm

Is this a side effect of work being done on File::Glob and File::DosGlob 
two days ago?
