-DNO_TAINT_SUPPORT in blead

Just a heads-up since this was discussed in some length. I just pushed 
my NO_TAINT_SUPPORT changes to blead. The changes won't do a thing 
unless you explicitly define NO_TAINT_SUPPORT at perl build time. Don't 
do that unless you what you're doing and why you're doing it.

There is no direct Configure support to make the feature more obscure. 
The comment block above the main bit of related code in perl.h is quite 
frank about it not being recommended (unless you ... see above).
