perl 5.16.2 RC1 is now available

The first release candidate of perl-5.16.2 is now available.

You will soon be able to download perl-5.16.2-RC1 from your favorite CPAN
mirror or find it at:

Please report any problems with this release candidate immediately.  One tiny
known issue:  perl-5.16.2 does not appear in its perlhist, but will be added
before the final release.

If no major problems are reported, perl 5.16.2 will be released on November 1,
2012.
