No.

The facts that (a) smart match has already changed its meaning between 
Perl versions; and (b) smart match's problems continue to demand such 
attention at great length from so many prominent Perl programmers; means 
(c) that it is too unreliable for me to consider using it in production 
code anytime within the next five years.
