This is a list of headers. I presumed it was for helping determine dependency info, and have been faithfully adding to it when I've added a header, but others haven't. Indeed it is used to create .hlist, which makedepend uses somehow. But experiments have shown that a header doesn't have to be added to this 'h' list in order for its dependencies to be found. Can someone explain this, please?
