This is a build failure report for perl from nick@p5p-hpux.procura.nl,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.39 running under perl 5.17.3.

[Please describe your issue here]

The good news is that we get here at all.
The changes in smoke-me/filetest-with-simpler-macros restore the build on
HP-UX in this configuration

The bad news is that 2 tests fail. IIRC the first is a broken window that
I've not investigated.

../cpan/Archive-Extract/t/01_Archive-Extract.t (Wstat: 3072 Tes
ts: 1704 Failed: 12) Failed tests: 783, 785-786, 788-790, 794, 796-797, 799-801
  Non-zero exit status: 12
../cpan/CGI/t/tmpdir.t (Wstat: 0 Tests:
 9 Failed: 0)
  TODO passed: 3-9
../cpan/Time-HiRes/t/ualarm.t (Wstat: 256 Test
s: 12 Failed: 1)
  Failed test: 11
  Non-zero exit status: 1

The second doesn't fail if I re-run it. That's interesting.
Is that a race condition?
