[perl #37292] '-MModule=100' not identical to 'use Module 100;' when module doesnt use Exporter

For what it's worth, I've always done -MModule\ 9999, -MModule=9999
never even occurred to me as something that would make sense, since
version checks and import arguments are (and are documented as)
completely separate things.

Regardless, is there anything else that needs to be done here, or can
this be closed?
