Is it so necessary to merge Exporter::Heavy into Exporter.pm?  For Carp,
the whole purpose was to avoid having to load modules after an error,
which doesn’t always work.

For Exporter, the most common code is in Exporter.pm, and the least
common code--rarely used in fact--is in Heavy.pm.
