UNIVERSAL::can thinks that the ARGV handle can’t autoflush:

$ perl -le 'use IO::Handle; print 1*"ARGV"->can("autoflush");
0

But when I call it it’s not a problem:
$ perl -le 'use IO::Handle; "ARGV"->autoflush; warn ok'
ok at -e line 1.

can is being called with a globref:

$ perl -le 'use IO::Handle; print 1*"ARGV"->can("autoflush"); sub IO::Handle::can{warn "@_"};
'GLOB(0x826b00) autoflush at -e line 1.
1

You also get a globref for *ARGV->can("autoflush") and (\*ARGV)->can("autoflush")

That it should support globrefs is unquestionable. But, in addition to \*ARGV, should UNIVERSAL::can(...) accept *ARGV? And should it treat "ARGV" as \*ARGV?
