I'd like to know whether this is resolved, but I'm afraid I don't know how to test this.  
"installhtml" wants a bunch of options, and the example in INSTALL (modified to refer to paths 
that exist) didn't build the how_to_write... file, so I worry that there are other things being done 
differently.

There is no "make installhtml" target, etc.

How are people building the HTML to test?
