At least most of them. Careful! The directory structure reflects maintenance preference of the people involved. Until some time ago, we had PathTools (File::Spec, Cwd, ...) in there, for example. There's also File::Temp, Getopt stuff, etc. Even if you ignore all the tools that are required for building other modules, this is REALLY basic stuff.
