The plan for v5.15.7 release

Salutations.

I intend to create a release branch tomorrow afternoon (1pm-ish or so GMT)
and start working on the release there.

I'll make the tarballs available some time after that for testing.

Release should be sometime in the evening (again GMT-ish evening).

I should be grateful for any more perldelta commits in the meantime.
